By accessing or using this website, scheduling services, purchasing offerings, or engaging with Invictus by Genna (“the Provider”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.

Invictus by Genna provides non-clinical, peer-based grief support, death doula services, education, workshops, and coaching.

Services are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health services, and do not include diagnosis, treatment, or prescription of any condition.
The Provider is not a licensed mental health professional.
Not a Substitute for Clinical or Emergency Care
Services provided are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical treatment, legal advice, or emergency services.

Client Responsibility & Participation
By engaging in services, you acknowledge that:

Services, Offerings & Changes
The Provider reserves the right to:

Modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service, program, workshop, or offering

Change pricing, formats, or availability

Invictus by Genna reserves the right to update pricing or service offerings at any time.​

Changes will not affect services already paid for unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms, fees, and service descriptions are provided prior to scheduling or purchase. Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated prior to service delivery. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees. The Provider reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
No Insurance, Superbills, or Medical Billing
Services provided are non-clinical and peer-based and therefore:

Are not billable to insurance

Do not include diagnosis or procedure codes

Do not qualify as medical or mental health treatment

Invoices or receipts are provided for personal records only and are not insurance superbills.
Warranties & Disclaimer of Guarantees
Services and website content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Invictus by Genna makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding outcomes, results, or personal experiences. Grief is individual and unpredictable, and no specific results are promised.
Confidentiality & Limits
The Provider treats shared information with care and discretion.
Confidentiality may be limited if:
